Eloff van Gend – Director
Eloff van Gend is our original “PM Connector.” Besides founding PM Connection in 2006, Eloff has extensive experience in Project and Programme Management delivery, particularly in the Financial Services and IT sectors. Eloff maintains a firm belief in Project Management as a strategic organisational practice, as well as the significant influence that project managers have on delivery. These perspectives continually drive Eloff to provide PM Connection solutions and products, which enhance project management skill and competencies. Eloff holds a BSc degree in Computer Science, an MBA and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). In addition to his professional project management practices, Eloff has served as President of the Western Cape Branch of Project Management South Africa (PMSA). During his tenure as President, the PMSA Western Cape achieved the accolade of PMSA branch of the year award.

Desireé joined the PM Connection family as Shareholder and Director in 2018. She has 34 years of local government work experience and for 2 years was a full-time employee with PM Connection. She is an accomplished business leader and holds a Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, together with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a Project Management qualification.
